Here is the intended structure: first, the definition of Modernity, the problem of multiple Modernities, the question of post -modernity. We intend to discuss also the structural changes in history.
The second will be devoted to the problem of desubjectivisation of international relations, dissolution of nation state and desoverenisation.

The third - to the problem of distributed threat related with the growth of the number of non-governmental actors using force to achieve their goals. Here are also the problems of ethnic conflicts and other phenomena of symmetric and dissymmetric cases of distributed violence.

The fourth is the problem of new international economic structures, the role of institutions in the process of transition to the market economy, the role of networks.

The round tables will be organized an the base of free discussions. Only short expositions in the beginning will be prepared.

There is an idea to make a record of discussions, to edit them and to publish .
